• Dr. Muradoglu has been prompoted to the rank of professor by the Koc University Board of Trustees (2016).
• Prof. Muradoglu received “Encouragement Award” , Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) (2010).
• Prof. Muradoglu received “Middle East Technical University (METU) Mustafa Parlar Foundation Research Encouragement Award ” for his contributions to the field of Computational Fluid Dynamic, 2009.
• Prof. Muradoglu received “Fevzi Akkaya Distinguished Young Scientist Award” for his contributions to the field of Computational Fluid Dynamic (FABED), 2009.
• Metin Muardoglu gave a seminer in the Mechanical Enginering Department at Hanyang, Seoul, S. Korea, June 25, 2009.
• Prof. Muradoglu received “the Outstanding Young Scientist Award” from the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TUBA-GEBIP), 2009.
• Prof. Muradoglu received a new funding from TUBITAK to do research on droplet impaction and spreading.

• Metin Muardoglu gave a seminer in the Physics Department at Bilkent University on April 12, 2006.
• Ufuk Olgaç graduated and started his PhD in ETH, Zurich.
